I first came to see Jay during a difficult time in my life. My family was stuck in a pattern of yelling and silence. I felt as if I had no voice. Jay listened. I immediately felt a connection. Jay was easy to talk to, was positive and understood what I was going through. He helped me to find solutions to the issues at home. He helped me to see my role in making our family better. He enabled me to talk with my family again.
It wasn’t always easy and there were ups and downs, but Jay helped us to move forward.
